Booking Policy

CittaVivere Hotel Tagaytay Booking Policy as November 15, 2025.


1. Reservations


All bookings must be made directly through our official website, by phone, email, or via authorized travel partners.

Contact details are required to confirm reservations.

Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

2. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Cash

  • Major credit/debit cards

  • PayMaya

  • GCash

  • Bank transfer

  • Approved online payment platforms

Guests must provide proof of payment (screenshot or transaction reference) for electronic transfers to validate booking.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in time: 2:00 PM

Check-out time: 12:00 NN
 

Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

A valid government-issued ID may be required upon check-in for verification purposes.

4. Cancellation, No-Show & Date Changes
No cancellation, no refund. Once a booking is confirmed and paid, it is final and non-refundable.

No-shows: The full reservation amount will be charged and forfeited.

Date changes: Requests for changes to booking dates may be allowed at the discretion of the hotel, subject to availability and applicable rate differences.

5. Guest Policy
Maximum occupancy per room is based on room type and must be strictly observed.

Extra guests beyond the stated occupancy will incur additional charges.

Children under 7 years old may stay free of charge when sharing a room with parents, subject to bed capacity.

Children aged 7 and above will be considered as regular paying guests.

6. Pet Policy

Pets are allowed in designated rooms and areas of the hotel.

Pets must not be allowed on beds, sofas, or other upholstered furniture.

Owners are responsible for bringing their pet’s bedding, food, and other necessities.

Any damage caused by pets will be charged to the guest’s account.

Pets must be supervised at all times and kept on a leash in public areas.

7. House Rules

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms. Designated smoking areas are provided.

Guests are expected to maintain peace and respect other guests and hotel property.

8. Liability
The hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables left unattended in guest rooms.

Guests are advised to keep personal belongings secure at all times.

9. Force Majeure
The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations in cases of unforeseen events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) without liability.
